About the event
Anne Marie Menta is a long-time favorite New Haven singer-songwriter who has released four albums, including her 2020 collection “Sky Tonight.” She has been a featured performer at the CT Folk Festival in New Haven, CT, coffeehouses and clubs, as well as opening for major artists such as Vance Gilbert, The Kennedys, Cheryl Wheeler and Richard Shindel.
Menta’s tunes are moving song memoirs where autobiography meets storytelling, the personal meets the universal, childhood haunts adulthood, love meets loneliness, and friends and family embrace love.
Performing with Anne Marie at Nightingale’s will be DeArmond Morgan on guitar and Dan Martin on bass.
