Lucas Neil and Olivia Charlotte are Undercover Cameo. Considered by many to be the best rising folk act in Rhode Island, the duo has been taking the New England music scene by storm. Known for their ethereal sound and superb vocal harmonies, Neil and Charlotte are intent upon cultivating an environment of loving and healing energies for every audience they encounter.
